The 7 Layers of the Aura

Physical/Etheric Body
The etheric body is the energetic template upon which your physical body is built. It vibrates at a very low frequency, closely mirroring the physical form. This layer is where physical sensations, pain, and pleasure register energetically before manifesting in the body. Emotional Body

How to See Auras
Six proven techniques from beginner to advanced — aura sight is a learnable perceptual skill, not a mystical gift
Peripheral Vision Soft Focus
- Sit your subject against a plain white or neutral wall in soft, diffused light (not harsh direct light).
- Ask them to stand or sit still. Relax your own breathing and soften your mental chatter.
- Focus your eyes on a single point in the center of their chest or forehead — not hard staring, but soft focus as if looking at something slightly behind them.
- After 30-60 seconds of soft focus, let your peripheral vision expand. You're looking AROUND the person, not AT them.
- You may first see a colorless band of light close to the skin — the etheric layer. This is normal and a genuine first step.
- With practice over weeks and months, colors will begin to appear. Most people first see light or dark shading, then pale colors, then more vivid hues.
Candle Gaze Practice
- Set a candle at arm's length in a dark room. Gaze softly at the flame.
- After 2-3 minutes, look at your own hand held in front of the candle against a dark background.
- Allow your gaze to soften. Notice any light or color around the edges of your fingers.

Salt Bath Cleanse
Add 2 cups sea salt or Himalayan pink salt to a warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes, visualizing all stagnant and negative energy dissolving into the water.
