We want every reading to resonate with your spirit. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Single Readings
If you're not satisfied with a paid reading, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds, but we will refund the full current month if you cancel within the first 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via Telegram or email with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Free readings are, well, free — no refund needed. Custom ritual/spell designs are non-refundable once delivered, as they require significant personalization work.
