Refund Policy

This policy does not limit a mandatory consumer right or a more favorable written refund term shown for a specific purchase.

1. Before purchasing

Review the product description, total price, currency, delivery method, and any recurring billing terms immediately before checkout. Those checkout terms and the receipt identify the purchase. Luna's Circle offers a paid digital item only when its private fulfillment asset has been reviewed and verified as available.

2. Subscription cancellation

Use Manage Billing in your account or contact [email protected] to stop future renewals. The timing and access effect of cancellation follow the plan terms disclosed for the transaction. Luna's Circle does not currently offer a new-customer free trial; a legacy trial record remains subject to the disclosure made when it was created.

3. Refund and remedy requests

Contact support promptly if you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, cannot access a paid item, received something materially different from its checkout description, or encountered a technical failure that prevented delivery. We will review the order record, the disclosed purchase terms, the reported problem, and applicable consumer law. Available remedies may include restored access, replacement delivery, correction, cancellation, a full or partial refund, or another remedy required by law.

Digital-content withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, and refund rights differ by location and by whether delivery began with your agreement. Nothing in this policy asks you to waive a non-waivable right.

4. How to make a request

Email [email protected] from the order address and include the product, receipt or checkout-session reference, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not send a password or full payment-card number.

5. Approved refunds and unauthorized charges

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method when practical. Processing and statement timing depends on Stripe, the card network, and your bank, so Luna's Circle does not promise a fixed posting date. If you believe a payment method was used without authorization, contact support and your payment provider or bank promptly.
