Terms of Service

1. About the service

Luna's Circle provides symbolic-reflection tools, editorial folklore and reference material, personal journals and planners, and clearly labeled AI-generated prompts. “Luna” is a software interface, not a human reader, psychic, conscious being, or spiritual presence. AI output and randomized card selections can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

The service does not predict events or outcomes and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, crisis, or other professional advice. Do not delay qualified help or make a high-impact decision because of service content. If there is immediate danger or a crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to make a purchase. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful. Give accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell [email protected] promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Purchases and digital items

The product description, total price, currency, applicable tax, delivery method, and any billing cadence shown immediately before checkout are the terms for that purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe; an order is accepted after payment confirmation. A paid download or private digital asset is offered only when its fulfillment file has been reviewed and verified as available. If paid access is missing or fails, contact support with the order email and receipt or checkout-session reference.

Delivery timing can depend on the item, payment confirmation, email delivery, and service availability. Luna's Circle does not promise that every item is delivered instantly. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right or a more favorable written term displayed at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

Before a subscription purchase, checkout must disclose that billing recurs, the amount or how it is calculated, the currency, cadence, and how to cancel. A subscription renews until canceled. Use the account's Manage Billing control or contact support to stop future renewals. The access effect of cancellation is the one disclosed for the plan and transaction.

Luna's Circle does not currently offer a new-customer free trial. Any legacy trial record is governed by the disclosure presented when that record was created. Cancellation does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

5. Your content and AI processing

You retain rights you already have in questions, notes, and other content you submit. You give Luna's Circle a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the features you request. Some requested features send relevant text or context to a configured AI provider, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit another person's confidential information or content you lack permission to use. Avoid entering highly sensitive information into an AI prompt or journal unless it is necessary for the feature and you accept the stated processing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade security controls, scrape it at disruptive scale, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use it to harm, defraud, threaten, or impersonate another person. We may restrict or end access reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

7. Intellectual property

Luna's Circle and its licensors retain their rights in the site, brand, software, design, and editorial material. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may save and share a generated response for personal, non-deceptive use. Do not imply that Luna's Circle endorses you or that AI-generated material was written or verified by a human expert.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change, be corrected, or be withdrawn. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a new effective date; when law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its content are provided “as is” and without promises of accuracy, a particular result, spiritual efficacy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for real-world decisions and for checking important information with an appropriate qualified source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna's Circle is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the service. This provision does not exclude or limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
