Your Chakra Health Report
ᛟ Root Chakra
The foundation of your entire energy system. When your root chakra is healthy, you feel safe, grounded, and at home in your body. When blocked, you experience anxiety, fear, financial stress, and physical ailments in legs, feet, and lower back. This chakra connects you to Earth energy and your right to exist. It develops in the first 7 years of life — childhood trauma often lives here.
Signs of Blockage
- Constant anxiety or fear without clear cause
- Financial stress and scarcity mindset
- Feeling ungrounded or spacey, difficulty being present
- Lower back pain, leg or foot problems, sciatica
- Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe
- Hoarding behaviors or excessive materialism
- Eating disorders or body dysmorphia
- Chronic fatigue or lethargy
ᛃ Sacral Chakra
The seat of creativity, pleasure, and emotional intelligence. A healthy sacral chakra means you flow with life — creative, sensual, emotionally balanced. Blocked sacral energy manifests as guilt around pleasure, creative blocks, codependency, reproductive issues, or emotional numbness. This is where your inner artist and lover reside. It develops between ages 7-14 and is deeply connected to how you experienced emotions in adolescence.
Signs of Blockage
- Creative blocks — inability to start or finish projects
- Guilt around pleasure, sexuality, or enjoyment
- Emotional numbness or overwhelming emotional floods
- Codependency or extreme isolation in relationships
- Reproductive or urinary system issues
- Addiction to pleasure-seeking behaviors
- Low libido or excessive sexual preoccupation
- Stiff hips or lower abdominal problems
ᛊ Solar Plexus Chakra
Your inner fire. Your personal power center. A strong solar plexus gives you confidence, discipline, and the ability to make decisions and follow through. Blocked solar plexus energy shows as low self-esteem, people-pleasing, control issues, digestive problems, or victim mentality. Warriors and leaders have blazing solar plexus chakras. It develops between ages 14-21 — your teenage years shape this center profoundly.
Signs of Blockage
- Low self-esteem or chronic self-doubt
- People-pleasing and inability to say no
- Control issues, micromanaging, or domination
- Digestive problems — IBS, stomach ulcers, acid reflux
- Indecisiveness and fear of making wrong choices
- Victim mentality or blaming others for your problems
- Workaholism or burnout from overcompensating
- Anger issues or passive aggression
ᚷ Heart Chakra
The bridge between lower (physical) and upper (spiritual) chakras. An open heart chakra means you love unconditionally — yourself and others. You can give and receive love freely. Blocked heart energy manifests as grief, jealousy, fear of intimacy, bitterness, or inability to forgive. The heart chakra is the master healer — most healing work eventually leads back here. It develops between ages 21-28.
Signs of Blockage
- Difficulty giving or receiving love freely
- Holding grudges, inability to forgive past hurts
- Jealousy, possessiveness, or envy of others
- Fear of intimacy, vulnerability, or emotional exposure
- Chest pain, heart palpitations, or breathing difficulties
- Isolating yourself from others or social withdrawal
- Codependency or losing yourself in relationships
- Grief that won't resolve or chronic sadness
ᚨ Throat Chakra
Your voice in the world. A healthy throat chakra means you speak your truth clearly and listen deeply. You express yourself authentically and communicate with both power and compassion. Blocked throat energy causes fear of speaking up, lying, gossiping, throat and thyroid problems, or inability to express emotions. Writers, singers, teachers, and leaders need strong throat chakras. Develops ages 28-35.
Signs of Blockage
- Fear of speaking up or public speaking
- Lying, exaggerating, or hiding your truth
- Gossip, harsh words, or verbal aggression
- Sore throats, thyroid problems, neck pain, jaw tension
- Inability to express emotions verbally
- Talking too much without saying anything meaningful
- Fear of being judged for your opinions
- Creative blocks specifically with words or voice
ᛈ Third Eye Chakra
Your inner eye. The seat of intuition and psychic perception. A strong third eye means you trust your gut feelings, see through illusions, and perceive subtle energies that others miss. Blocked third eye energy shows as overthinking, lack of intuition, closed-mindedness, headaches, eye problems, or disconnect from spiritual purpose. This is where clairvoyance, clairaudience, and all psychic senses originate. Develops ages 35-42.
Signs of Blockage
- Overthinking and analysis paralysis
- Difficulty trusting intuition or gut feelings
- Closed-mindedness, cynicism, or rigid thinking
- Headaches, migraines, chronic eye strain
- Insomnia, nightmares, or disturbed sleep
- Disconnect from spiritual purpose or meaning
- Difficulty visualizing or imagining
- Confusion about life direction
ᛞ Crown Chakra
Your connection to the divine, to source, to the infinite. The crown chakra transcends the physical — it is pure consciousness. When open, you experience unity with all things, deep spiritual understanding, and profound inner peace. Fully blocked crown energy causes spiritual disconnection, existential crisis, depression without apparent cause, or nihilism. Fully open crown = enlightenment. Most people operate with a partially open crown. Develops age 42+ and continues evolving your entire life.
Signs of Blockage
- Spiritual disconnection or existential crisis
- Rigid attachment to one belief system
- Depression without apparent external cause
- Learning difficulties or closed-mindedness
- Extreme sensitivity to light, sound, or environment
- Feeling utterly alone in the universe
- Spiritual bypassing — using spirituality to avoid reality
- Loss of purpose or meaning in life
Daily Chakra Balancing Practices
Morning Chakra Meditation
Start each day with a 7-minute meditation, spending 1 minute on each chakra from root to crown. Visualize the corresponding color at each location, breathing the color in and feeling it expand. This takes just 7 minutes and aligns your entire energy system for the day.
Chakra-Aligned Eating
Eat foods matching the colors of the chakras you want to strengthen. Red foods (beets, tomatoes) for root, orange (carrots, oranges) for sacral, yellow (bananas, corn) for solar plexus, green (kale, broccoli) for heart, blue (blueberries) for throat, purple (eggplant, grapes) for third eye, white/light foods (coconut, garlic) for crown.
Crystal Body Layout
Lie down and place corresponding crystals on each chakra point. Stay still for 20 minutes. This is one of the most powerful balancing techniques — the crystals' frequencies entrain your chakras back to their natural vibration. Do weekly or whenever you feel energetically off.
Sound Healing Sequence
Chant or listen to the seed sounds in sequence: LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, OM, silence. Each sound vibrates at the frequency of its chakra. Singing bowls tuned to specific notes also work: C (root), D (sacral), E (solar plexus), F (heart), G (throat), A (third eye), B (crown).
Yoga for All 7 Chakras
A complete chakra yoga sequence: Mountain pose (root), hip circles (sacral), boat pose (solar plexus), camel pose (heart), fish pose (throat), child's pose with third eye on ground (third eye), headstand or savasana with crown awareness (crown). Hold each for 1-3 minutes.
Chakra Journaling
Weekly, write about each chakra: How is my root feeling? Am I grounded? How is my creativity flowing? Am I confident? Can I give and receive love? Am I speaking my truth? Is my intuition active? Do I feel connected to something greater? This self-inquiry reveals which chakras need attention.
