Steps

  1. Choose a clear sunny day. Open all windows and curtains to flood the space with light.
  2. Place citrine (the solar crystal) in the center of the main room.

  4. Stand in a sunbeam and face the sun with eyes closed. Feel the light on your skin and visualize it burning away all darkness, doubt, and heaviness.
  5. Walk slowly through each sunlit room, letting the light touch you.
