Steps

  3. Create an altar with the season's symbols: autumn leaves, gourds, apples, pomegranates.
  4. Name aloud what you have harvested in your life over the past season — achievements, growth, wisdom, and relationships.
  5. Offer a portion of your feast food to the earth by burying it or leaving it for wildlife.
