You are literally inhaling the vibrational frequency of a color and directing it to the area of the body/soul that needs it most. Do this for 5-10 minutes daily to see lasting shifts in your energy, mood, and manifestation ability.

Basic technique: Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes. Call to mind your chosen color as vividly as possible — see it as a radiant cloud or pool of light just above you. The morning practice: As you dress, hold each garment briefly. State aloud or internally: "I wear [color] today to draw [intention] to me. So it is." This 10-second ritual transforms clothing into a spell that you carry all day.

4. Name a single ordinary action that expresses it.
5. Review the page later and record what actually happened.

Choose 3 candles: White (purity/amplifier) + your intention color + gold or green (success/abundance).

1. Arrange in a triangle, white at the top
2. Write your intention on parchment and place in the center
