Salt Circle of Protection

Steps

1. Cleanse your space by opening windows and visualizing stale energy flowing out.
2. Pour sea salt into a bowl and hold it between your palms, breathing your intention of protection into it.
3. Walk clockwise around your space pouring a thin line of salt at the perimeter, saying: 'By earth and salt, this circle is sealed. No harm may enter, all darkness is healed.'
4. Place the white candle at the center of your space and light it, visualizing a dome of white light rising from the salt line.
5. Sit quietly for five minutes feeling the protective barrier solidify around you.
6. When finished, leave the salt in place for 24 hours then sweep it up and dispose of it outside your home.
