Steps

  1. Diffuse geranium and ylang ylang essential oils — both are master healers for emotional wounds.
  2. Lie down and place rhodonite over your heart center and mangano calcite over your solar plexus.
  3. Spray rose water over yourself as an opening blessing.
  4. Light the pink candle and set the intention to allow healing — not to force or analyze, just to allow.
  5. Let emotions arise without judgment. Breathe into each feeling rather than away from it. You are witnessing, not drowning.
  6. Afterward, journal for ten minutes: what emotion arose? What does it need? What is it protecting? These insights guide real healing.
